Tin Lithograph Candy Container Disc Earrings

Regular price $20.00

I made these earrings out of discs I cut from vintage lithograph tin & then domed.   Lithography is a method of printing that dates back to the 1790s.  During the early & mid-20th century, lithography was used to produce brightly colored tin that was used in toys, TV trays, lunch boxes, candy containers, doll houses & other items.  The earrings measure 1 1/8” from the base of the earring wires which are silvertone.
